Peer mediation is a conflict resolution method among children of the same or similar age (i.e. classmates, team members, etc.),
which aims at a constructive and peaceful resolution to be reached through face to face

Goals of the Peace Pals Peer Mediation Program

With its Communication Skills for Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation Training, the main goal of Peace Pals Mediation Program
is to equip our youth and children (between the ages of 9-18) with the necessary skills to resolve their daily interpersonal conflicts constructively and peacefully
by negotiation, without resorting to adult authority or help. By acquiring these skills, children will increase
their self-esteem, self-regulation and self-confidence, which will help them develop leadership qualities.
